Stay
An invitation to stay with yourself.

You know yourself very well.
You know your patterns. You know your triggers. You know what isn't serving you anymore.
Maybe you also know what it feels like to recognize all of it... and still not know what to do next.
For a while, I was convinced I needed another big experience. Another book. Another course. Maybe even an ayahuasca ceremony.
I kept searching for something that would finally change everything.
What I've come to realize is that I wasn't missing another breakthrough.
I was missing a way to stay with myself after the awareness.
So I started experimenting.
Not because I knew what would work.
Because I wanted to see what would happen if I stopped chasing breakthroughs and started building a different relationship with myself.
What I discovered is that transformation doesn't only happen in peak experiences.
More often, it happens on ordinary Tuesday nights when you're standing in your kitchen, noticing the same old conversation beginning again... and responding to yourself just a little differently than you did yesterday.
Stay is an invitation into that practice.
