About Me
I grew up in a chaotic household—divorced parents, a narcissistic stepfather, and five siblings, four of whom I helped raise. It shaped me into a hyper-aware people pleaser, always attuned to others' needs but disconnected from my own.
Even as a child, I had a deep knowing: It doesn’t have to be like this. I believed that when I grew up, I’d create a life on my own terms. But leaving didn’t erase the patterns I inherited. No matter where you go, you take yourself with you.
For years, I’ve been unlearning the conditioning that told me I wasn’t enough—rewiring the beliefs instilled by a home that lacked safety, softness, and self-trust. I studied psychology, drawn to understanding the mind, but I never felt at home in the Western mental health system. Instead, I was pulled toward a more holistic path, one that honored the body, breath, and soul.
Through yoga, meditation, and self-love practices, I began reconnecting with myself. I realized I wasn’t alone—so many of us are on this journey of unbecoming who the world told us to be and stepping into who we truly are.
I’m not a guru, and I don’t have all the answers. But I do know this: You are worthy. You are capable. You are not broken.
This space is here to remind you of that. To offer you tools, rituals, and a community where you feel seen. Where healing is not about fixing yourself, but about returning to yourself.
I’m deeply grateful you’re here. Let’s walk this path together.

About You
Deep down, you already know.
No one can give you the answers because they already live within you. No one can do the hard work for you, just as no one can place courage in your heart. Only you can decide to stop running, to turn toward the parts of yourself you’ve been avoiding.
And that’s both terrifying and liberating. Frustrating and exhilarating.
There is no quick fix, no magic pill. Healing isn’t something you find—it’s something you create. You are the answer.
But that doesn’t mean you have to walk this path alone.
Here, you are welcomed as you are. Seen in the wholeness of your journey. Held in a community of kindred spirits who are also choosing to meet themselves with love, patience, and presence.
You are not alone. You are not behind. You are right where you need to be.
And I’m so honored to walk alongside you.
