Reflecting & Connecting isn’t just an event—it’s a sanctuary. A space where you get to come home to yourself, be seen without needing to perform, and practice presence in the company of other open-hearted women.
Whether you're feeling nervous, curious, or deeply ready, this guide is here to walk you through what to expect and how to prepare for this sacred experience.
🧘 The Experience, Flow & Format
You'll be welcomed into a cozy, grounded space—complete with private mirror meditation tents, intentional seating, and ambient touches to support your nervous system.
Here’s a gentle flow of the evening:
-
Arrival & Grounding – We begin with intention-setting and grounding practices to help you land and feel grounded in your body.
-
Mirror Meditation – In your own private tent, you'll be guided to meet yourself with love, curiosity, and presence. This is a moment to connect deeply, without distraction. We notice judgment and welcome compassion and acceptance for ourselves.
-
Journaling & Reflection – You’ll have space to explore what surfaced in your meditation and give your thoughts space to breathe.
-
Community Circle – We close by coming together to share, witness, and connect. Sharing is always optional—being present is enough.
💫 What to Bring
-
Anything that helps you feel more comfortable or grounded (a cushion, small blanket, crystal, etc.)
-
An optional photo or memento that connects you to your inner child or teen — not required, just a gentle invitation to deepen your connection
-
An open heart—however it shows up that day. Tears, laughter, nerves… it's all welcome here.
🤍 Who This Is For
This space is for you if you're...
-
Craving a deeper connection with yourself
-
Ready to be seen, softly and safely
-
Curious about mirror work or embodiment
-
Tired of doing life on autopilot and yearning for more presence
-
Feeling disconnected from your body, your voice, or your truth
You don’t need to be “healed” or “ready.” You just need to show up as you are.
✨ Final Notes
There’s no pressure to share, fix, or be anything other than yourself. The space is designed with intention—for bravery, tenderness, and connection to live side by side.
This is a practice—not a performance.
Every version of you is welcome here.
